Hi, I'm Tessa, a marketing strategist and have been in the business for 20+ years. I have been building websites and landing pages BEFORE people knew what they were. I have worked for companies other marketers and entrepreneurs look to for guidance such as the Steelsmith Group and IdeaPros. Connecting people, problem solving and helping others win are my passion. When I'm not building a funnel or solving someone’s tech problem, I can be found camping and fishing or teaching bible school to the littles.
Kai Alday
Hey, I'm Kai, a business coach and course designer. I have worked worked with law practices and start-ups to organizations like Water.org as an executive coach. She has also helped design courses for rockstar brands like Mirasee and The Narrative Department. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family Kai understands the sacrifice entrepreneurs make to build a legacy. Her aim has always been to help them achieve their goals without putting their faith or family in the backseat and that’s exactly what Move to CEO is all about. Every weekday you’ll find her in the Prayer Room interceding on behalf of those she serves and loves and on the weekends hiking with her husband and 3 kids.
Every NO and every nudge this way and that was a redirection. Every pivot turned me into an expert, but none of that was because I planned it that way. Every rejection, failed attempt, canceled contract was God teaching me what I didn’t know I needed to learn.
The biggest lessons I’ve learned this year:
✅ you DON’T have to work HARDER
✅ fear is a liar
✅ business besties are a must!
✅ If it’s not good, God’s just not done with it yet
