About Your Coaches
The Friendly One
Tessa is a marketing strategist and has been in the business for 20+ years. She has worked for companies other marketers and entrepreneurs look to for guidance such as the Steelsmith Group and IdeaPros. She helped one of these “hush, hush” companies scale from $20k per sale to $200k per sale within 2 years.
The Straight Talker
Kai is a business and instructional designer. She has worked with law practices to start-ups to organizations like Water.org as an executive coach. She has also helped design courses for rockstar brands like Mirasee and The Narrative Department. She went from business contracts of $5k to commanding $60k contracts in just over a year.
Fun Fact
Kai + Tessa met at a virtual mastermind pre-pandemic and became business besties. Eventually, their friendship, shared vision and faith led them to start the Move to CEO.
